Can you work from our existing crest?
Yes. Send whatever file you have, ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). If you only have an image, send that and we'll work from it.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. You can reorder an approved design without a new proof, as long as nothing changes. Any change to text, colors, size or artwork gets a new proof.
Can you match our colors?
We work from your colors and artwork. Screens and printed proofs show colors approximately, and finished pieces can vary slightly with the materials used.
What's the minimum order?
Orders start at 100 pieces. On the quote form you can pick 100–249, 250–499, 500–999, 1,000+ or "not sure yet."
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. You'll get a digital proof to review, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Can I make changes after I approve the proof?
No. An approved proof is final, and production follows it exactly, so check names, dates, colors and spelling closely before you approve.
How much do they cost?
Pricing depends on quantity, size, finish and the design itself. Tell us what you're making and we'll follow up with options and pricing.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on the design and quantity. Add your date to the quote form and we'll confirm a timeline with your quote.
