What to give your field.
When should we order for our event?
As early as you can. Timing depends on the design and quantity, so put your event date on the quote form and we'll confirm a timeline with your quote.
Can sponsor logos go on the gift?
Yes. Tell us which sponsors to include when you request a quote, and send their logos with yours.
What if our field is smaller than 100 players?
Orders start at 100 pieces. Many events use the extras for sponsors, volunteers, staff or next year's event.
What artwork do you need?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files all work, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the cleanest result.
No file? That's fine. Send what you have, even a photo or a sketch, and we'll work through it together.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. You'll get a digital proof to review, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Can I make changes after I approve the proof?
No. An approved proof is final, and production follows it exactly, so check names, dates, colors and spelling closely before you approve.
